Unopened Products: Return within 28 days of purchase with proof of purchase for a full refund or exchange Your refund will be confirmed by email, and funds will be returned to your original payment method.   This can take up to 5 days to show on your statement from the time of the issue.
Opened/Used Products: Return within 28 days with proof of purchase to receive an e-gift card.   Please check your inbox and spam folder.
